Question 18

What are the best selling products on Dropbox?

Accepted Answer

Dropbox.com does not sell products; it is a cloud storage service. Therefore, there are no "best-selling products" on Dropbox.com. Instead, Dropbox offers various storage plans and collaboration tools for users to store and share files securely.

If you are looking for popular products to sell online, consider platforms like Shopify or dropshipping websites, which often feature trending items such as shirts, vitamins and supplements, and phone accessories.

Question 19

Dropbox Free Shipping Policy

Accepted Answer

Dropbox is a digital service providing cloud storage and does not involve physical shipping of goods. Therefore, the concept of free shipping does not apply to Dropbox.

As for the policy, Dropbox offers a Basic plan which is free and provides 2 GB of storage. Users can access files from multiple devices including computers, phones, and tablets. It also offers features like file sync, file recovery, and version history.

If a user decides to cancel a Dropbox subscription, the cancellation goes into effect at the end of the current billing cycle. The account will then be downgraded to a free Dropbox Basic plan. Users will retain access to all files and folders, as well as any content that was shared with them.

In most cases, payments for Dropbox subscriptions and team member licenses aren’t refundable. If there is an issue with the account, or if there has been an error in billing, users are advised to check their support options for more help.

Please note that this information is based on the policies in place as of the time of this response and may be subject to change. Users are encouraged to check the official Dropbox website for the most up-to-date information.

Question 20

Return Policy at Dropbox

Accepted Answer

At Dropbox, payments for subscriptions and team member licenses are generally not refundable. However, if there's an issue with the account or a billing error, support options are available for further help.

For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store, refunds must be requested directly from Apple or Google. If the subscription was paid for with a direct debit payment, the bank should be contacted for a refund, as only the bank can process a chargeback request.

Please note, any chargeback requested from the bank will change the Dropbox subscription to a Dropbox Basic (free) plan. For team subscriptions, a chargeback request will place the team in a locked state, allowing access to team files but removing most team syncing and sharing features.

For residents of the EU, UK, or Turkey, refunds are eligible if the Dropbox Plus, Family, Professional, or Essentials subscription is cancelled within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund, support should be contacted for assistance.

When a subscription is cancelled, the account changes to a free Dropbox Basic account at the end of the current billing cycle. The account won't lose access to any files and folders stored in Dropbox, but will be limited to 2 GB of storage space. If the storage quota of the Basic account is exceeded, Dropbox will stop syncing files to the devices.

To cancel a Dropbox Plus, Professional, or Essentials subscription, one needs to log in to dropbox.com, click the avatar in the top-right corner, click Manage account, and then click Cancel plan at the bottom of the page. After selecting a reason for cancelling, click Continue cancelling or Confirm change and follow the prompts. An email confirmation that the subscription has been cancelled will be received.

To change a Dropbox Plus, Professional, or Essentials subscription to a different individual plan, one needs to log in to dropbox.com, click the avatar in the top-right corner, click Manage account, click Change plan at the bottom of the page, select the plan to change to, click Review changes, and then click Confirm change. An email confirmation with the subject line "Dropbox Plan will not renew" will be received from no-reply@dropbox.com.

If the plan change or cancellation is done through the mobile app store, an email may be received from that provider. If no email is received, contacting the provider's support team is recommended. To confirm the plan change or cancellation on dropbox.com, go to the Billing tab in the account settings and click Change next to Billing period.

Hope this helps! Feel free to ask if there are more questions.
